The subject matter of the course reflects all relevant aspects of general management and international management consulting, ranging from management consulting principles to the individual phases of the consulting process to strategic management consulting. Continuous updating and further development of the subject matter is ensured. The Course Committee offers the students the opportunity to participate actively in the implementation and further development of the course. The Advisory Board, consisting of executives from consulting firms, contributes to the updating and further development of the studies offered.
